Marco Yarimi
Field Manager
Marco began his journey into the trade as an apprentice locksmith in Southern California, nearly 20 years ago.
After learning the basics of door hardware Marco was soon ready for more. He became adept at working with commercial and electrified hardware. When his current clients began to request door services as well, Marco enrolled at the Lockmasters Security Institute and soon learned his way around all aspects of commercial openings. Marco loves working on complex commercial projects that require intricate planning, on-the-spot problem solving, and significant knowledge of the craft.
Today his expertise is sought after by clients as well as other leading industry professionals. Although he is extremely knowledgeable in the field of physical security, he still (and always) considers himself a lifelong student and thrives on continuing his education and staying abreast of the constantly evolving industry.
A lifelong family man, Marco moved to the Bay Area to be closer to his extended family, and he’s been here ever since. In his free time you’ll find him hiking, camping, biking, learning how to self-sustain and farm, building new projects in his workshop, and spending time with his wife and four kids.
Erica Schaefer
Business Development
A Livermore native, Erica drives our operations and business development. She has a BA in Rhetoric and Communications and an MBA in Sustainable Entrepreneurship. She thrives on leading enterprise with an emphasis on communication, collaboration, sustainability and spirituality. Her vision is a world in which people, business and nature coexist harmoniously.
In her free time, Erica enjoys hiking, biking, camping, square dancing, homeschooling her children and spending quality time with her family.

The Turner Learning Center
The Turner Learning Center is a community-focused organization that provides educational resources, developmental programs, and supportive services for children and adults with special needs, as well as the families and organizations that support them. Their work is centered around helping individuals build life skills, confidence, independence, and stronger connections within a positive and encouraging environment. Through innovative programs and community outreach, the organization strives to create meaningful opportunities that improve quality of life and long-term personal growth.
CLAD is proud to support the Turner Learning Center and the important work they do within our community. As part of our commitment to giving back, CLAD contributes monthly donations to help support the organization’s ongoing programs and services.
In addition to financial support, our team has partnered with the center to improve accessibility through ADA-compliant door retrofits, helping create a safer and more inclusive environment for students, staff, families, and visitors. We believe organizations that serve the community should have facilities that are accessible, functional, and welcoming to everyone.
