Excellent service. The technician Shai was prompt, polite, and explained that because my car key was not the master key, making a spare key would be a bit different. So the job took a bit longer, but they didn’t charge more. I would use them again, and recommend them if you need a locksmith.

Fabulous service. Went above and beyond to take care pressing needs in an expedited fashion. Attentive to details, sensitive to our time frame and above all so kind and considerate. Elisa , Marco and the entire team is a class A act. Highly recommend.

Shai came out in between other jobs within 1 day of our call, quickly identified what we needed, and made repairs 3 days later. We needed new insulation around our front door and he did a great job for a reasonable price. He communicated with us quickly via text and we are very happy with his work!

Shai was very friendly and came the same day I called. First it was going to be at the end of the business day but he texted me at 1pm that he could be over at 2pm. He was on time and prepared with the part to fix the lock on my glass door. In and out quickly. He also checked another doorknob I had a question about. I would definitely use this business again.
